I wouldn’t really want to tell you too much about myself, as I prefer that my true identity remain unknown.  Just call me Lily.

First and foremost, I am a thirty-something married mother of two teens.  I was born, raised and educated in an Asian country but have been in America for over 15 years.  We have a house in the suburbs.  We are also broke.

Hubby and I got laid off at the same time in 2001.  We recently had a failed business that has really set us plunging deeper into the red.  The road to a positive net worth since then has been an uphill battle for us.  This is about our journey.
