		<description>Often those that live paycheck to paycheck consider themselves broke, not necessarily because they live beyond their means, but are just living in the economic situation we currently reside. A means to improve that situation is to create residual income based on leverage. Residual income continues to increase while your effort remains the same or often decreases. Leveraging your time is the key. I am helping others to build their leverage.</description>
